Good reasons to write

Something looks wrong. A result that doesn't match what you expected, a page that doesn't work in your browser, or a mistake in a guide. Corrections are fixed as quickly as possible.
Something is missing. A feature, option, or topic you'd find useful. Many improvements to the site started as a suggestion.
Privacy questions. How the site handles data is described in the Privacy Policy, and you're welcome to ask about anything it doesn't cover.

When reporting a problem, it helps to include the page address, what you entered, what you expected to see, and which browser and device you were using. Replies usually go out within a few days.

There's no account system, so there's nothing to look up or reset on your behalf. Please don't send passwords, financial details, or other sensitive information.
