Using the site
Payment Calculator provides free, browser-based mortgage and loan calculators. You may use them for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, without creating an account or paying anything. There's no license key, no usage limit, and no requirement to attribute the site when you use its output.

Payment Calculator's calculators are for general education only. They illustrate how amortization, interest, and payment math work; they are not financial, legal, tax, or lending advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to take out a particular loan, choose a particular lender, refinance, or take any other specific action with your finances.
